Through a child's eyes...

Dust is pretty.

Hudson was looking up, pointing his finger toward the ceiling, repeating the words "wow! wow!". I was clueless as to what he was mesmerized by, and was going to ignore it, chalking it up to a toddler's imagination...when I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. I got down to his level, and looked up as he was doing. Then I saw it too. The afternoon sun was shining in from the window just right, and the dust floating in the air was sparkling like diamonds. It was wow. Kids are kinda cool once in a while.

hudson's so cute! Everything is new to a little kid. I love that too. My friend told me when her boy was a toddler, they were walking down the street and it was autumn. Her son said, "mommy! mommy! look!!" and he breathed out and you know, you could see his breath on the air cuz it was cold. He was like, "cool...". lol. keep on rockin' hudson!
